Ruth Ellen Wade Chumbley
   The family of Ruth Ellen Wade Chumbley mourns her passing. Born July 14, 1937 at Martinsville, Indiana to Carus Wade and Florence Wagaman Wade. Entered into rest August 3, 2008 at home surrounded by loving family.
Her memory will be cherished by children, Richard David Smith, William Leon Smith, Kenneth Wayne Smith; siblings, Helen Branthafer, Priscilla Eastridge; 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
   She is reunited in the presence of our Heavenly Father with both parents; brother, Harold Wade.
   Her tender mercy and compassion was displayed daily as a caregiver for Home Instead.
Funeral service will be conducted graveside, 11:00 a.m. Wednesday August 6, 2008 at the family plot of Flake Cemetery in Morgan County, with Reverend Norman Abel officiating.
   Visitation will be held 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at the cemetery. Memorial contributions in her honor may be directed to Home Instead.
