Naomi Rogers

    The family of Naomi Rogers mourns her passing. Born July 30, 1925 at Monroe County to Oscar Eads and Mary Ann Deckard Eads. Entered into rest February 6, 2008 at home surrounded by loving family.
   Her memory will be cherished by husband, Wayne Rogers, married April 24, 1943; children, Marvella Hollars and husband David; Delmas Rogers and wife Wanda; brother, Melvin Eads.
   Naomi worshipped at the Burgoon Baptist Church and her faith will be carried on by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is reunited in the presence of our Heavenly Father with both parents; siblings, Imogene Eads; Corrine Eads Roberts; Leonia Eads Frye; Omain Eads; Vachel Eads; Willard Eads.
 

   Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 9, 2008 at the Burgoon Baptist Church, 8598 East Burgoon Road, Bloomington, Indiana, with Pastor Harold Godsey officiating. Friends may call upon the family one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment to follow in the family plot of Allens Creek Cemetery.
 

   The family would like to acknowledge the care and compassion of Bloomington Hospital Hospice. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
